Claire-Elaine Arthurs is a dual qualified Solicitor and Business Strategy Consultant with more than twenty years of experience solving problems and managing risk across Property, Regulatory and Governance matters, bringing a pragmatic and commercial approach to her work. She leads a national team of specialists advising on Landlord and Tenant, Estate and Portfolio Management, Boundaries, Rights of Way, Restrictive Covenants, Telecommunications, Professional Negligence, Governance, Compliance and Public Law matters.
She acts for Property & Estate Managers, Landlords & Tenants, Registered Housing Providers, Local Authorities, Developers, Agricultural Clients, Directors & Boards, and Private Individuals, helping them prevent problems before they arise, mitigate risk and resolve disputes.
Claire-Elaine sits as an independent CEDR Accredited Mediator and Fee Paid Judge in the Property Chamber of the First tier Tribunal. She also provides professional CPD and in-house training.
Outside her legal practice, Claire-Elaine holds a portfolio of Non-Executive Director roles and chairs the Board of The Hunger Project UK. She has a strong interest in neuroscience and leadership development, and regularly provides training and mentoring to CEOs and executives, particularly across the charity and not for profit sector.
