Caroline Lamming-Chowen has over a decade of experience resolving property and construction disputes, and dealing with commercial litigation, inquests, public and regulatory law. She advises individuals, families, businesses, local authorities, healthcare organisations and regulatory bodies.
Caroline is particularly experienced in complex investigations, high-stakes disputes and regulatory submissions. She supports clients from pre-action to resolution, conducting advocacy in Court and other forums as needed. Known for her calm, pragmatic and compassionate approach, Caroline is also a independent civil and commercial mediator. She also lectures in law and provides in-house training.
Outside work, Caroline enjoys family time with her son and partner, countryside walks with her four dogs, as well as DIY and property projects. She also has a keen interest in tattooing and body art.
