Rhian Horwill is an accomplished litigator and advises on a broad range of property and commercial disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, lease interpretation, dilapidations, boundary disputes and litigation strategy. She also has significant experience in governance, compliance and risk management, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, contract oversight and organisational decision-making.
As both a commercial and family mediator, Rhian brings a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to resolving disputes and managing risk. Drawing on experience across private practice, corporate law, compliance and business advisory roles, she combines commercial awareness with clear communication and practical problem-solving. Clients value her collaborative approach, strategic insight and ability to develop effective solutions tailored to their objectives.
Outside her legal practice, Rhian is a family mediator and coach with a particular interest in therapeutic family practice. She is active in the adoptive community and enjoys home renovation projects, spending time with her children and partner and gardening with her rescue chicken, Violet.
