Refunds policy

Any refunds due to you where payment has been made by credit/debit card can only be refunded to the card you used to make your payment. If you believe you are due a refund you must email [email protected] within seven days of making your payment with a full explanation as to why you believe you are due a refund. Any refunds are at our discretion, but subject to your statutory rights. We would normally anticipate processing your refunds within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

When you make a credit card payment to our client account, then you agree that the transaction is complete as soon as the amount you transfer has been credited to our client account and recorded as available to you. You therefore agree to waive any right to refund, revoke or chargeback your payment. You shall not be able to challenge any subsequent transaction undertaken using such funds.
