Thomas Wainman primarily advises HNW and UHNW individuals, business owners and entrepreneurs with advice on Wills, asset protection, capital taxation and trusts. Thomas has significant experience with regard to family investment companies and the structuring and governance of private companies as part of this wider estate planning advice. In addition, Thomas has wide experience advising clients on inheritance tax planning, including in relation to business property relief and agricultural property relief.
