Charlotte Pegg is a highly experienced private client solicitor specialising in complex trust matters, succession planning and estate administration. Since qualifying in 2018, she has developed a particular expertise in advising high-net-worth individuals, business owners and trustees of substantial private family trusts on matters requiring sophisticated legal, tax and strategic advice.

She has particular expertise in advising trustees of high-value private family trusts on complex matters of trust law and governance, trust taxation and restructuring. Her experience includes sophisticated pre- and post-death restructuring, including the restructuring of Will Trusts, and advising on the interaction between multiple trust structures within an overall estate and succession strategy.

She advises high-net-worth individuals and business owners on succession planning and asset protection, with particular expertise in the strategic establishment and use of trusts to achieve clients’ long-term family and wealth planning objectives. Charlotte also has extensive experience in complex estate administrations, particularly where an estate requires a carefully considered distribution strategy across multiple structures, including Will Trusts, Life Policy Trusts and other private family trusts.

Charlotte is a full member of STEP and completed the STEP Diploma in 2023, achieving a distinction in every examination.
