Anna's Experience
- Advised public sector client on intricacies of exercising break options in multiple leases of prominent city location and the obligations of yielding up with vacant possession after twenty years of occupation and coordinating multiple parties and experts to ensure strict timetable adhered to.
- Advising retail client on multiple high value and complex dilapidations claims with the assistance of specialist valuation surveyors, building surveyors and counsel.
- Advised international advertising agency on removal of squatters from several prominent sites across the country both by means of court action and common law possession routes.
- Advising portfolio client on contested lease renewal proceedings on multiple properties earmarked for redevelopment against occupiers refusing to vacate.
- Advising landlord of mixed-use development on forfeiture of anchor tenant in significant arrears, tenants in administration and associated action for recovery of outstanding rents or action for breach of tenant covenant/s.

With her Italian heritage, Anna enjoys spending time with her family, eating good food and drinking good wine. Walking her dog, Coco a Doberman, is as about as energetic Anna gets these days, but when time permits, swimming and reading a good book are ways that Anna likewise to unwind. Holidays are always great fun, from city breaks to beachside retreats and Anna likes to squeeze in as many breaks as possible throughout the year.
