  • Advised large residents association in bringing First Tier Tribunal s27A determination of reasonableness application involving complex and high value service charge issues in a landmark London mixed use development
  • Advised landlord of large mixed use development on forfeiture and debt collection matters in relation to anchor retail tenant in significant arrears
  • Advised portfolio client in relation to dilapidations and exit issues stemming from a multi-property sublease
  • Assisted client in bringing possession claims against occupiers left in properties following insolvency of subtenant.
