Khilen Mehta is a commercial real estate lawyer with over 12 years’ experience advising local market, national and international clients on all manner of real estate transactions, with expertise in investment acquisitions, financings, and asset management of property portfolios. Khilen has experience across all asset classes, including industrial property, offices, retail and leisure.
Khilen joins from Indurent, a Blackstone owned portfolio company, where he was a Legal Counsel in their in-house legal team. He has previously worked at CMS, JMW and DWF in their Manchester offices.
Khilen has a young daughter who has just started school and likes to treat him as her student once she is home. He is also a qualified Padel coach and competes around the North West.
