A trio of real estate groups including Arora Family and SGP Family has acquired the historical landmark site The Old Fire Station in Staines-upon-Thames. Ashi Patel, commercial real estate partner at Excello Law, and Saish Jethwa, trainee solicitor, advised on the joint venture to secure the 5,500 square foot site.
Planning permission to convert the existing Grade II listed Old Fire Station into residential property was granted by Spelthorne Borough Council in 2022, with the full transaction process taking place over five years. The Grade II listed former fire station is situated within the Staines Conservation Area, in a favourable location in the town centre in close proximity to the Old Town Hall and Memorial Gardens.
The £1 million acquisition has now been completed by Trafalgar Way (Staines) Limited, a part subsidiary of Arora Family Limited.
