Tracey Miller has been a family law solicitor for over 36 years. She was a partner in two well known Liverpool practices before setting up her own niche bespoke family law practice with her husband Anthony in 2009.
Tracey specialises in high net worth divorce and financial settlements, including properties, businesses and pensions and has had many cases where the assets run into the millions. Tracey represents both men and women and has had clients both in the UK and abroad.

Tracey always goes the extra mile for all of her clients and believes that what sets her apart from other family law solicitors is that after having gone through a painful divorce herself with her first husband, she fully understands the human side of divorce as well as all the legal implications. Tracey says that “ you cannot tell someone you know how they feel unless you have gone through it yourself “.

  • Tracey has acted recently for a client with assets of over £5 million which included a substantial business which had many associated businesses abroad.
  • Tracey acted for a client who had several properties in the UK and abroad and various medically associated business sites where the assets were approximately £6 million.
  • Tracey has acted in many cases where pensions are over approximately £2 million.
  • Tracey has acted for former professional footballers in cases involving short marriages
  • Tracey has acted for ex pats in the Middle East where assets were both in UK and UAE.

Tracey enjoys travelling and exploring the world with her husband Anthony. Their ambition is to see the seven wonders of the world and now only have two more to go.

Tracey Miller is a member of Resolution which was previously known as the Solicitors Family Law Association and was the chair person for the Merseyside region for over 10 years.
