We are thrilled to announce that Sarah Mansfield has joined Excello Law as a key member of our team. Sarah is a highly experienced landlord and tenant solicitor and litigator with over 24 years of expertise in property litigation. She will be based in our Liverpool office, where her extensive experience and dedication will be invaluable to our clients.
Sarah brings a wealth of experience from her previous role at Cullimore Dutton, where she served as a Legal Director in the Litigation team for four years. Before her time at Cullimore Dutton, Sarah had an impressive career at BLM, where she led the housing team for nearly 16 years. Her leadership and expertise in property litigation have made her a highly respected figure in the legal community.
In addition to her professional achievements, Sarah is actively involved in several legal and charitable organisations. She is a member of the Liverpool Law Society General Committee and Vice Chair of the Civil Litigation Sub-Committee. She is also a founding member of the Law Clinic at Liverpool University, a Charitable Trustee for Merseyside Water Rescue, and a board member and recent committee member of Mosscare St Vincent’s Housing Association.
Sarah is also a sought-after external speaker, frequently representing organisations such as Central Law Training, the Northern Housing Consortium, and ALARM. Her commitment to sharing her knowledge and expertise with others demonstrates her passion for the legal field and her dedication to improving the profession.
When asked why she chose to join Excello Law, Sarah shared, “I felt that I was ready to branch out on my own. I’m very excited to be starting this new chapter.”
Outside of her professional life, Sarah enjoys a variety of hobbies. She is passionate about sewing and upholstery, enjoys traveling, and loves walking with her two dogs.
