Excello Law, a leading multi-disciplinary corporate and commercial law firm, is pleased to announce the successful completion of the refinancing of the Wakefield based Polyglobal Group and purchase of B.V.A Tools & Plastics Limited alongside its premises at Bradley Mills.
Polyglobal Group, a renowned provider of engineering solutions specialising in injection and cast mouldings and a long-standing client of Ben Jenkins of Excello Law, entrusted the legal work on this pivotal transaction for the Group to Excello Law’s highly experienced team. The transaction was led by Helena Seedat, Corporate Partner, dealing with the refinancing and acquisition of BVA. Richard Osborn, Real Estate Partner, provided support on the property aspects of the deal, while Philip Bury, Employment Partner, handled employment matters and Chris Robinson, Corporate and Tax Partner provided his expertise on tax issues. Alongside the acquisition of BVA, Richard Osborn handled the property acquisition of Bradley Mills.
Jordan Cook, with the support of senior management team, Stuart Warner and Martin Armitage, ensured the smooth running of the group businesses throughout the deal.
