Reina D’Costa is one of our commercial lawyers, specialising in business and Media Law. She routinely handles terms and conditions, supplier contracts, COT employment settlement agreements, trademark registrations, marketing and advertising clearances, business disputes and personal guarantees. She has also advised on commercial leases , partnership agreements and business acquisition due diligence.

Reina’s past work includes advising upon content acquisition for ICC cricket broadcast rights, acquisitions of content from MGM, Sony and other large media companies, drafting distribution deals with Virgin and UPC among other pan European platforms, BARB* contracts for free to air channel ratings and subscriber.
