Justine Wills is a commercial property solicitor with over 15 years’ experience. Justine deals with all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions.
She works with a number of property owners purchasing to extend their property portfolio and the granting and taking up of leases. Such transactions include renewal leases, reversionary leases, lease variations, surrenders, lease extensions, assignments and pre-emption agreements.
She acts for a number of property developers in both acquiring development land to include option and overage agreements and thereafter setting up the estates and selling individual plots.
Justine acts for clients that require finance to include development loans, bridging loans and Islamic finance. She also assists clients who wish to transfer or purchase commercial property with their self-invested personal pensions or small self-administered schemes.
Justine advises on the buying and selling of businesses to include nursing homes, hotels, public houses, beauty salons and restaurants. She has experience in both asset sales and share sales.
