Chris undertakes a wide range of contentious and non-contentious work in all aspects of employment law, and is highly experienced in advising a wide range of clients, from multinational companies to SMEs and individuals on various matters, including: share and business sale / purchases; TUPE, settlement agreements, senior executive terminations / exit strategies, restructures, whistleblowing, international assignments, employment tribunal litigation. He is also skilled in delivering bespoke training programmes to clients.
Chris spent time working at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he supported Global Technology and Operations and worked closely with Legal, HR, Compensation, Staffing and Compliance divisions, and rolled out training to management.
Chris approaches matters with common sense and pragmatism, giving strategic advice to get the best outcome for his clients. He was listed in the Legal 500 directory 2017.
