Caroline Gray deals in mergers and acquisitions, both sales and purchases, from drafting main transaction documents, to dealing with the collection and analysis of due diligence documents, drafting reports and ancillary documents.
Caroline’s experience includes advising on reorganisation structures, drafting relevant documents and advising clients on risk areas of commercial contracts.
Caroline drafts shareholder agreements, articles of association as well as commercial agreements in various business sectors covering terms and conditions, supply agreements, distribution agreements, influencer and promotion agreements, amongst other things.
Caroline's Experience
- Acted on behalf of a buyer in a multi-company purchase, including drafting and negotiating all transaction documents, dealing with high level finance and security aspects
- Advised client dealing in video and merchandising production in respect of international contract terms and supply agreements
- Advised white label goods manufacturer in numerous supply agreements and in allotting shares to minority shareholders.
- Drafting growth share and freezer share documents and family investment company shareholder agreements and articles of association
Caroline enjoys watching all sports, is a keen golfer and a Stoke City season ticket holder and a member of the British Museum and the V&A.
