Gitta Altmann, a bilingual English and German-speaking corporate and commercial lawyer, has joined national firm Excello Law, based in London. Qualifying in 1997, she has over 20 years’ experience acting for UK and international clients, the past seven as head of the company, commercial and employment team at London based OGR Stock Denton LLP.
Gitta’s expertise is broad-ranging and includes business acquisitions and disposals across a wide range of sectors, advising international clients on the legal implications of setting up operations in the UK, joint venture and shareholders’ agreements, commercial agreements (including complex distribution and manufacture and supply agreements), capital reorganisations and restructurings including share buy-backs. She also advises on non-contentious employment law.
In addition to being a practising English solicitor, Gitta is admitted as an Attorney at Law to the New York Bar.
