We are delighted to announce that Gaynor Williams, an experienced solicitor with a career spanning more than 28 years, has joined Excello Law.
Gaynor brings with her a deep and proven expertise in debt recovery, civil litigation, and insolvency, having represented a diverse client base from plc-level organisations to sole traders. She is highly respected in her field for her pragmatic, commercial approach and dedication to achieving successful outcomes for her clients.
Prior to joining Excello, Gaynor spent 13 years as co-founder of Bennett Williams Solicitors, a specialist commercial law firm with a focus on debt recovery, commercial dispute resolution, and insolvency. Her leadership and hands-on experience have positioned her as a go-to advisor in this specialist area of law.
Gaynor is also passionate about giving back to the legal community. She supports the Liverpool Law Clinic on a pro bono basis, helping to guide law students as they provide vital assistance to members of the public who may not otherwise have access to legal advice. This commitment to mentoring and widening access to justice is a core part of her professional ethos.
Commenting on her move to Excello Law, Gaynor said:
