Steve Haggett, a private client lawyer based in Tavistock, Devon, has joined national, new-model firm Excello Law.
Steve qualified in 1998 as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is also a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP). He previously headed up the Tax and Trust department at Clarke Willmott for 10 years and joins Excello from H & C Lawyers.
Steve focuses on bespoke tax and estate planning, representing high net worth clients with complex inheritance tax, capital gains tax, pre-owned asset tax and other tax issues, as well as dealing with wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and estate and trust administration. He is regularly asked to act as both professional executor and trustee.
Steve works across the UK with a strong client base in the South West, Shropshire, the Cotswolds and London.
