Joe brings a wealth of experience in Real Estate, with a focus on property development, financing, and the sale and purchase of commercial properties. His extensive background includes acting for developers, banks, financial institutions, pension schemes, charities, investors, and owner-occupiers.
Joe qualified in 1992 and has worked with a range of law firms across the North West, from national to boutique practices, including six years as senior lawyer with The Greenalls Group plc and more recently at Quinn Barrow in Liverpool, Joe has developed an exceptional understanding of commercial property, secured lending, and land development.
