A team of lawyers from Excello Law, led by real estate partner Peter McHugh based in Liverpool, has advised global logistics supplier DB Schenker on the acquisition of Ergo 123, Middlewich in Cheshire – a newly built, 124,000 square foot warehousing facility that will service the needs of one of DB Schenker’s global technology clients.
Celebrating its 150th anniversary this year, DB Schenker is a world leader in global logistics services including transportation, logistics and warehousing solutions across a range of industries such as aerospace, automotive, electronics, healthcare and industrial sectors. The UK and Ireland business operates from over 40 sites and currently services the supply chain management and logistics requirement of some of the world’s leading brands.
