Excello Law is pleased to welcome Geoff Billington as a Private Client Partner. With 16 years of experience as a dedicated Private Client solicitor, Geoff has built a strong reputation across Southampton, Bournemouth, and Bristol before returning to his hometown.
Geoff joins Excello Law from Latimer Hinks in Darlington, having previously worked at Preston Redman in Bournemouth. He brings extensive expertise in Wills and Estate Planning, Trusts, and Estate Administration, advising on complex estate matters, including high-net-worth estates, foreign assets, business interests, and agricultural affairs. STEP qualified since 2013, he also holds the STEP Certificate in Advising Vulnerable Clients and has significant experience in preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship Applications, and supporting vulnerable individuals with sensitivity and care.
Geoff, who now lives in Hurworth-on-Tees, a village just outside Darlington, commented on his move:
