Excello Law Welcomes Experienced Real Estate Partner Claire Morris

Excello Law is thrilled to announce that Claire Morris has joined the firm as a Partner in its Real Estate team. Claire brings a wealth of experience and a strong track record in commercial property law, further strengthening Excello’s capabilities in this sector.

Claire qualified as a solicitor in March 2008 and has spent 18 years honing her expertise in commercial property law at Bermans, where she trained and qualified. Her practice encompasses a broad range of areas, including acting for landlords and tenants, handling site acquisitions and disposals, drafting development and option agreements, negotiating easements and s.106 agreements, and managing real estate aspects of corporate transactions. Claire also has significant experience in secured lending.

Claire works with a diverse range of clients, primarily within the SME sector, and is known for her clear, pragmatic advice in managing property matters. Her addition to the team aligns with Excello’s commitment to delivering top-tier legal services with a focus on client needs.

Claire Morris commented:

“I chose to join Excello as, after 18 years in private practice, I was looking for greater autonomy in my career without compromising the service I can offer to my clients. Excello offers a platform whereby I can have an entrepreneurial influence in my life without the significant administrative burden involved with compliance, regulatory requirements, and bureaucracy associated with running a traditional law firm.”

Jo Losty, COO of Excello Law, said:

“We are delighted to welcome Claire Morris to Excello Law. Her extensive experience and client-focused approach will be a tremendous asset to our Real Estate team. Claire’s move reflects our commitment to providing a supportive environment where talented lawyers can thrive and deliver exceptional service without the constraints of traditional law firm structures.”

Excello Law looks forward to the valuable contributions Claire will make in enhancing its real estate legal services and supporting clients with their property needs.
