David Glass, a senior corporate and commercial solicitor with over 40 years’ experience, has joined new-model firm Excello Law in the South East from a consultant role at Irwin Mitchell.
David built his career at Pritchard Englefield where he was head of the UK company commercial department and then senior partner.
David advises on a wide range of transactions including share sales, asset sales, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, joint ventures and distributorships, as well as corporate advisory, governance and partnership issues. He works with listed and unlisted organisations both in the UK and overseas, including many international law firms, and has experience of Anglo-French corporate transactions.
