Commercial and insolvency litigation specialist Richard Preston joins Excello Law

Commercial dispute resolution and insolvency litigation specialist Richard Preston has joined new-model firm Excello Law from Beswicks Solicitors, where he was a partner and head of the insolvency team for 12 years.

Richard qualified in 2004 and has practised in both the UK and USA with a core focus on commercial and insolvency litigation, dispute resolution and corporate restructuring.  He is an accredited mediator. He has a national client base and will be working primarily from Excello’s office locations in London and Birmingham.

Richard regularly acts for insolvency practitioners and company directors in respect of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. Richard also acts for companies and individuals to help resolve commercial and civil disputes.
