Agriculture and estates lawyer Richard Williams and real estate lawyer Richard Osborn have been recognised in the Chambers legal directory for 2022.
Richard Williams received a Band 1 ranking for ‘Agriculture and Rural Affairs’ for Chester and surrounding areas. He advises landowners, landed estates and families on land transactions, farming partnerships, sporting rights and renewable energy projects.
Midlands-based Richard Osborn was ranked for his experience in the West Midlands acting on both commercial and residential development, including regeneration schemes. He also regularly advises on secured lending transactions in the real estate sector. Richard also recently received a ranking in the Legal 500 for his real estate work in the East Midlands.
