Tom is a corporate lawyer dealing with corporate mergers, sales and acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs and corporate re-structuring including venture/equity capital investment and share option schemes.

Tom has over 15 years’ legal experience plus commercial experience with a US bank, and has advised a wide range of local and national, private and public sector organisations and individuals. Tom’s clients range from early stage ventures through to PLCs and he has worked on a number of transactions involving international parties.

Tom is widely recognised for his commercial approach to transactions and his ability to meet clients’ strategic objectives without compromise.

Tom is married to the amazing Julie and spends time outside work watching their kids participate in various sporting events, travelling and trying to maintain some degree of fitness by playing football, running or, preferably, skiing.
