Krista Searle has over 8 years’ experience advising clients on a wide range of Commercial and Commercial Property matters. Specialising in acquisitions, options, dispositions, leasing, development, financing of commercial properties, and general property related advice in respect of easements, restrictions and rights, she provides practical, strategic advice to developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and financial institutions. Her expertise also spans commercial and corporate matters, business acquisitions and disposals, terms and conditions and contract reviews and negotiations.
