We are delighted to welcome Dominic Hollingsworth to Elevate Legal, where he joins Matt Cook and Sasha Williams in further strengthening our specialist corporate offering.
Elevate Legal is a South West-based corporate law firm established earlier this year by Matt Cook and is part of Excello Law’s House of Brands. With Dominic’s arrival, we continue to build a team that combines deep regional roots with national-level expertise.
Dominic is a highly experienced South West-based corporate solicitor with over 25 years’ experience advising on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, and private equity/venture capital investments, both in the UK and internationally.
He joins from Wollens, where he spent the last five years as a corporate partner. Recently recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in The Legal 500 UK 2025, Dominic is known for his straight-talking style, commercial focus, and consistent track record in delivering successful outcomes, even on the most complex deals.
Dominic has worked across many sectors, including leisure (notably hotels and holiday parks), but is particularly recognised for his national expertise in the healthcare sector. He has advised on the sale and purchase of over 40 care homes and GP practices and represents a wide range of clients including dental and veterinary groups, pharmacies, domiciliary care providers, primary care networks, social enterprises, and other healthcare providers.
