Excello Law welcomes commercial litigation and sports lawyer Dominic McGinn

Dominic McGinn, a specialist lawyer who has developed a niche practice in sports law and is a recognised expert in all aspects of dispute resolution, has joined national, new-model law firm Excello Law. Dominic headed up the sports law team at his previous firm.

Dominic represents a range of clients including premier league footballers, football agents, football clubs, individuals, small and medium sized businesses, property developers and property agents.

He has over 20 years’ experience in dispute resolution, and has been recommended by the Legal 500 for sports law and dispute resolution in the North West.

Dominic regularly advises on complex contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, finance actions, privacy and media law, property related litigation and is experienced in all types of mediation.

Notably he acted on behalf of fitness instructor Sarah Watson against Manchester United footballer Marcos Rojo which led to the super injunction banning his identity being lifted.

He works closely with a renowned Spanish football lawyer and is exclusively retained for all legal work in this country by football agencies registered in the UK who operate in Portugal, Spain, Argentina, Turkey, Emirates, Nigeria and Ghana.
