Sarah has both commercial and residential property dispute resolution expertise including forfeiture, dilapidations and disrepair, commercial and residential rent arrears and service charge disputes, and contested lease renewals. She advises on land disputes involving easements, restrictive covenants and boundaries.
She also has extensive experience of drafting and serving residential possession proceedings as well as advising public and private developer and landowner clients in bringing claims against unauthorised occupiers.
Sarah’s clients include institutional landlords and tenants, developers and investors, public sector and quasi public bodies, and private landlords.
During her career, Sarah has worked in senior positions in a number of Top 100 national law firms, receiving recommendations in the Legal Directories. She has also been on secondment to a large local authority.
Sarah enjoys running, skiing and tennis. She’s run several half marathons but wants to try and manage a marathon!
She also enjoys watching sports including rugby and cricket and going to gigs and the theatre, and spending time with family and friends.
