He has advised on a wide range of transactions including share sales, asset sales, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, joint ventures and distributorships; also corporate advisory and governance and partnership issues.
He has advised many different types of clients (with a particular experience in the education sector), including listed and unlisted organisations both in the UK and overseas, and works a lot with law firms around the world. He also advises on shareholder and partnership disputes.
He speaks French and advises on Anglo-French corporate transactions.
David enjoys the theatre, cinema, classical music and arts and crafts exhibitions, as well as keeping fit, country walks, travel and learning languages. But above all, he loves spending time with his family.
