Commercial litigation and family law solicitor advocate, Ben Jenkins, joins Excello Law

Ben Jenkins, a specialist in commercial and property litigation, has joined national, new-model firm Excello Law from Crooks Commercial Solicitors in Wakefield where he was a partner and Director of Dispute Resolution.

Ben has worked as a solicitor in Yorkshire since qualifying in 2007, specialising in commercial and property litigation with particular experience in ground rent and service charge recovery in relation to commercial and residential property.

He is an experienced litigator acting on professional negligence claims, landlord and tenant disputes, property disputes, harassment, delivery up of goods proceedings, product liability claims and disputes of a commercial nature. He also has particular experience of advising on complex litigation including fraud proceedings and Proceeds of Crime Act tracing claims.

Ben also provides family law services including divorce, financial arrangements arising out of divorce and private children matters.

Ben qualified as a solicitor advocate in 2011 and is able to represent clients in the higher-level courts in England and Wales for civil matters. He has represented clients in the Property Chamber, First Tier and Upper Tribunal and the High Court.
