Manage a company wide redundancy process for an internationally renowned movie production company, including managing and defending tribunal claims
Providing interim Employment law counsel and HR advice to a national travel advisory consultancy over the course of 3 years until an in-house candidate was successfully recruited
Overseeing a multi-million care home group restructure from partnership to LLP, dealing with all TUPE and employment law matters, and working closely with the commercial law team in order to ensure all employment matters were properly advised on and handled.
Becoming preferred adviser for a fast growing tea based café franchisor, who currently have achieved growth of 90 + stores nationwide.
Becoming preferred supplier to a Dental buying group, with over 40 dental practice owners and recently guiding them through the change in HMRC regulations to now not recognise associate dentists as automatically self-employed.
