Contact Toyin
Toyin Oluwakiyesi is a skilled personal injury lawyer with extensive experience in personal injury litigation. She has represented both claimants and defendants in high value claims and always strives to obtain the best possible outcome for her clients.
Toyin trained in a regional firm where she represented clients injured in road traffic accidents, accidents at work and accidents overseas. She also gained immeasurable experience in acting for clients in matrimonial matters including divorce, non-molestation, applications for financial orders and the resolution of disputes concerning child arrangements and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA).
Following her qualification, Toyin continued her personal injury practice in boutique firms and represented clients who had suffered life changing injuries and required urgent assessment of their rehabilitation needs, and interim payments to fund the cost of private medical treatment. She has successfully settled claims by means of Alternative Dispute Resolution and litigated claims to conclusion. Toyin advocates a client centred approached and ensures that her clients are kept fully informed at every stage of the litigation process.
Toyin has also worked with the Government Legal Department where she defended personal injury claims against Central Government departments including the Home Office, Ministry of Justice, and the Highways Agency where she successfully defended and negotiated settlements on favourable terms for her clients.
