Tania D’Souza Culora is an intellectual property lawyer at Ionic Legal, part of Excallo Law’s House of Brands. Tania has more than 20 years’ experience in contentious IP matters. She has a strong focus on brand protection and anti-counterfeiting and has worked with clients across sectors including electronics and technology, fashion and luxury goods, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Tania has particular expertise in global anti-counterfeiting strategy.
Based in London, Tania is dual qualified in England & Wales and Ontario, Canada. She was a co-founder of boutique IP law firm Seastone before joining Ionic Legal. Previously a partner in the IP group at Gowling WLG, she began her legal career at Baker McKenzie in London and has significant experience working with large national and international brands.
Tania has been recognised as a World Intellectual Property Review (WIPR) Leader since 2017.
