Robert has specialised in property disputes for 30 years. His work covers all types of landlord and tenant disputes, both commercial and residential. He also advises on land disputes such as easements and boundaries. He is handling an increasing number of leasehold enfranchisement matters.
Robert deals with cases in the High Court, the County Courts and the Property Tribunals. He also participates in a number of mediations each year.
His clients include property investment companies, developers, individual landlords and tenants.
During his career, Robert has been a partner at a London firm and a regional firm of solicitors. Prior to joining Excello, Robert worked with Rex Cowell at his niche property litigation practice.
Robert is married with three children. He has to walk his three dogs at least once a day, enjoys cinema and theatre and watching sport generally. He also loves to travel.
