Contact Nigel
Nigel is a flexible business lawyer who has advised on contracts from as small as trading terms for sole traders to as large as the sale of a factory for US$250M. He also advises on management buy-outs, group restructurings, private equity investment, private and public equity fundraising and joint ventures.
Nigel is a leading expert on contracts in the logistics sector (3PL & 4PL contracts, warehousing contracts, port facility contracts, freight forwarding contracts and contracts for the installation of mechanised handling equipment). As an ex-programmer, he is also well-versed in IT contracts. He spent 10 years at a major international law firm, where he gained extensive experience of listing African natural resource companies on the AIM market, and extensive transactional experience in the Former Soviet Union, having probably acted in more transactions involving Ukraine than any other UK-based lawyer.
