Michael's Experience
- Acted on the sale of a unique film processing laboratory business to an internationally known US multinational technology company
- Acted on the share sale of a histological processing laboratory
- Acted in relation to (a) the bank facilities and security documentation and (b) the largest funding from the Olympic Delivery Authority to the private sector for the construction of the second largest sports centre in Europe
- Acted on the intra–group reorganisation of a media representation business
- Acted on a joint venture to establish an overseas marine insurance broker
- Acted for the majority shareholders’ in a shareholders’ dispute which was ultimately resolved by a Share Buy Back, Commercial Settlement Agreement and an Employment Settlement Agreement
Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and teenage son. He is a keen skier, martial arts practitioner and Chelsea FC supporter. He was previously an amateur triathlete for several years completing the London Triathlon four times.
