Matthew is a corporate-commercial solicitor with a detailed understanding of business sales and acquisitions (both share and asset). His sector experience covers childcare, care & domiciliary care, retail and engineering and has resulted in the successful completion of a number of high-profile transactions over recent years.
In terms of real estate, Matthew has been retained by numerous companies (including bespoke property developers and assisted living companies) across the UK to provide legal advice and assistance in respect of the general management of their property portfolios. This work involves sales, purchases, re-financing and securitisation and re-structuring. In addition, Matthew has also acted for numerous pension funds in relation to their commercial property activities.
