Martin Ridings is an experienced family lawyer with a passion for resolving intricate legal matters related to marriage, divorce, and child arrangements. With a wealth of expertise gained since qualifying in 1998, has become a trusted advisor for individuals navigating the complexities of family law.
Martin advises on all areas of family law, specialising in divorce (and civil partnership dissolution) and the associated financial settlement, marital agreements, cohabitation disputes and disagreements over arrangements for children. He has extensive experience of cases with an international element. He routinely handles high-value cases.
Martin takes the time to listen to his clients’ aims, guiding them through the legal issues involved to secure a favourable outcome.
Based primarily in Staffordshire and Cheshire, Martin nevertheless represents clients in more distant locations and can facilitate face-to-face or remote meetings.
