Contact Katharine
Katharine Ryder-Richardson qualified as an employment lawyer in 2009 with a top London law firm, specialising in corporate and commercial clients. Post-qualification Katharine has worked in private practice and as an in-house employment lawyer and has worked across a range of sectors.
Katharine is based in London and provides advice to businesses and charities on all of their employment law needs, with particular focus on the employment lifecycle and employee relations issues.
Katharine is experienced in advising on all aspects of employment law. She has particular expertise advising employers on how to manage every stage of the employment lifecycle including on recruitment and hiring, making changes in the workplace, managing employee issues, carrying out workplace procedures and managing exits.
Katharine understands how hard it can be to manage difficult situations at work, both where a situation involves just one or two employees and also where a change to a business will affect a number of employees. She recognises that personalities often play as big a part as the legal requirements. Katharine is approachable and non-judgmental and will provide clear and sympathetic advice on how to manage or approach any situation that has arisen in the workplace.
Katharine ensures that her advice is kept to the point, easy to follow and mindful of the need to keep costs to a minimum.
