Glyn joined Excello Law from Hill Dickinson where he was a partner for 14 years and was responsible for developing the firm’s company, commercial and banking department. An experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with a career spanning over 35 years, Glyn has experience of acting for a diverse range of clients from FTSE100 companies and foreign multinationals to working as a trusted advisor to many SMEs.
Glyn undertakes the full range of corporate work including M&A’s and has good knowledge of banking, intellectual property and pensions. Whilst gaining experience and knowledge of a wide range of sectors over the years he has particular expertise in aerospace. Prior to Hill Dickinson, Glyn was general counsel for Kruger Tissue Group (UK) Limited, a multinational Canadian Forest Products Group and prior to that he was partner at Lace Mawer (now Berrymans Lace Mawer).
Glyn is based in Cheshire and when not working he enjoys skiing and spending time at his home in North West Italy enjoying the food and wine.
