Gaynor Williams has over 28 years’ experience in debt recovery, civil litigation and insolvency. She has acted for a wide range of clients ranging from Plc’s to sole traders.

Gaynor's Experience

  • Assisted timber merchant client to streamline credit control and debt recovery processes enabling swifter collection of large number of outstanding debts and, in order to maximise recovery.
  • Acted on behalf of a high street pharmaceutical company to assist with collection of book debts ranging from £250.00 to over £1,000,000.00 in value.
  • Secured a successful mediation on behalf of a Plc Software Company, in a disputed claim for a sum of £1, 900,000.00.
  • Acted on behalf of a small independent subcontractor in connection with a £600,000.00 outstanding debt against a large well-known construction company. Secured a successful adjudication award within 28 days in the client’s favour and payment was made to the client within 14 days.
  • Acted on behalf of a small commercial garage issuing insolvency proceedings and secured full payment of £26,000.00 plus costs, a large sum of money for a small business, and funds were essential to pay staff.

Gaynor enjoys running and competes in the Great North Run half marathon every year for charity. She is also a keen ambassador for charity work, being a Trustee for 2 charities in Wirral and having been involved with the initial preparations and opening of a new free Legal Advice centre in Birkenhead, Wirral.
