Elizabeth joined Excello Law in 2018, based in our Liverpool office, and her expertise lies in dealing with all transactional work particularly in relation to property development, banking and landlord & tenant.
Recently Elizabeth has advised on precedent security documents to be used by a bridging finance client and advised on a loan facility for £20 million. She also works closely with insolvency colleagues on repossession matters.
Outside of work Elizabeth enjoys keeping fit by running and partaking in adventure weekends.
