Chris started his career in 2003 working his way up the legal career ladder to his current position. He has worked in various firms including international law firm DWF, a specialist volume conveyancer and a high street firm, before joining Excello Law in 2022.
He has a wide range of experience in residential property, plot sales and acting for landlords and tenants in grant of lease and deed of variation matters. He regularly acts for high and ultra-high net worth clients, including company directors, private investment banks and banking families.
He works alongside Excello partner Lewis Griffiths in commercial real estate matters.

- Acting for the UK’s largest park home operator in the acquisition of new residential park home sites for circa £2 million
- Acting for high net worth clients in the purchase of a country mansion and estate grounds
Outside work Chris enjoys spending time with his husband, at his allotments, reading and cuddling with his three cats.
