Over his career, Johnny has acted for Insolvency Practitioners in roles including Trustee in Bankruptcy and Liquidator, as well as handling complex regulatory matters. His experience spans a wide range of legal fields, including commercial disputes in the Chancery Courts, Judicial Reviews in the Administrative Court, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and cases that have reached the UK Supreme Court.
