Elevate Legal recently acted for client Powis Hotels Limited on its sale of The Lincombe Spa, a four-star destination hotel in Torquay.
The transaction was completed off a guide price of £3.25m, with real estate advisory firm Savills and Christie & Co also advising on the sale from Powis Hotels to businessman Khalil Viraney.

The Lincombe Spa is one of just two luxury 5‑Bubble spas in Devon and offers guests a hydrotherapy pool, indoor swimming pool and ice room. With 44 bedrooms, the hotel has benefited from significant recent investment and refurbishment.
