Deborah Evans has joined national, new-model law firm Excello Law from Gordon Dadds where she has been a partner since 2010.
Deborah specialises in both corporate and commercial advice for small to medium-sized businesses and has a client base of UK and international corporate entities and high net worth individuals across a broad range of sectors.
She has extensive experience in all aspects of company work, including acquisitions and disposals of companies, capital re-organisations, share buy-backs, issues and debt instruments and group re-structuring; investment and joint venture agreements and their structuring and financing; subscription and shareholders’ agreements; dealing with shareholder disputes and managing minority shareholder buy-outs; ongoing corporate governance advice, company administration and company secretarial matters.
Deborah also provides advice on all aspects of commercial matters including intellectual property protection and licensing.
